Toddler and Child Sleep Revolution
Your child CAN learn to love sleep
Do these sound familiar?
Your child feels exhausted and frustrated during the day, leading to frequent tantrums and meltdowns.
They are struggling to nap – or skipping them altogether some days.
Bedtime takes HOURS, and often includes arguments and crying.
Your little one needs a lot of help getting back to sleep if they wake in the night.
You’re tired, confused and wondering WHEN everyone will finally get the sleep they need for optimal health and well-being.
Now, I teach confused and overwhelmed parents simple tools and gentle resources to achieve healthy sleep.
As a certified teacher and sleep specialist I have created a quality sleep program guaranteed to:
- Educate parents about specific sleep needs.
- Empower kiddos to love their sleep routines and cozy sleep space.
- Give your child the choice, options and control they crave.
- Reassure: your child CAN learn – I see it happen every day!
Here's how the Mindful Parenting Revolution works to transform sleep:
The 5-week online class gives you information, tools and strategies that get to the root cause of power struggles and bedtime negotiations.
Group Coaching provides reassurance, accountability to support you in problem solving and creating helpful new habits.

Here's what other mindful parents have to say:
"Our 3 year old woke up multiple times a night, unhappy if daddy was not there. Needless to say between nightly struggles with bedtime, daddy falling asleep on the hardwood floors, and her infant sister waking us up several times a night, we were more than ready for a change! Working with Kristine has been an incredible experience. My husband and I both feel that we have grown as parents and we are very fortunate to have had Kristine’s support through a challenging time!"
~A.H. Oregon
I had read alllll the sleep books but I needed her to hold my hand and walk me through it. She wrote a custom plan for us that was as gentle as could be considering my angst regarding just leaving my baby to cry. We set a date to follow her plan and after a week we were all getting the sleep we needed!!"

There are two things I tell a new parent: It gets better and contact Kristine Petterson ASAP. Kristine is a caring mentor with knowledge and experience to help with the biggest challenges. We had twin newborns and an older daughter with a disability that prevents her from making her own melatonin. Kristine helped us quickly get everyone sleeping in their own beds, though the night, and falling asleep on their own.

"Big thanks to Kristine for her help in transforming our beautiful son from an overtired guy into a happy, well rested toddler! J went from requiring us to sit by his side at bedtime and to go back to sleep the 4+ times he woke each night to falling asleep and staying asleep on his own. His improved sleep has helped with his mood, and certainly has made mommy and daddy happier too!

NOTE: The acquisition of independent sleep skills is dependent on a number of factors, and I cannot guarantee results within 2 week. Temperament, age, weight, sleep debt, consistency of routine, among other things, all play a role in learning sleep. We will work together to achieve your goals.
