Calina is a Postpartum Doula and Infant Sleep Consultant in Portland Oregon who is passionate about supporting parents during the 4th trimester. She knows first hand the connection between sleep and mental and physical health for families. Calina is dedicated to teaching tired families effective and kind strategies to achieve healthy independent sleep.
Mellisa is has over 20 years of experience as a Postpartum Nurse and Lactation Consultant. She loves to provide expert guidance and education on all postpartum matters including ways to create healthy sleep habits. Her goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and skills they need to create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters healthy sleep and promotes bonding.
