Sundays from 4:30 -6:00pm, March 29th – April 26th, 2026
You’ve heard about the benefits of yoga — more flexibility, less stress, better sleep — but every class you’ve tried felt like it was made for someone else’s body.
Maybe you’ve walked into a studio and felt like you didn’t belong. Maybe the poses never seemed to work for your body. Maybe you gave up before you even started.
This 4-week Somatic Yoga series is different. It’s built around YOU — your body, your pace, your experience.
Most yoga classes are built around one body type. This isn’t that.
In this 4-week Somatic Yoga series, you’ll experience:
But… right now there is an early bird discount for folks who are ready to dive in to this amazing journey right when the doors open!
Need financial support? We offer a payment plan and scholarships are available upon request.
We begin by setting the foundation for your practice. This week introduces Ahimsa — the yogic principle of non-harming — applied to how we treat each-other and ourselves. You’ll learn to connect with your body and heart in a whole new way.
What to expect:
This week we build the mind-body relationship through curiosity — not judgment. Instead of asking “Am I doing this right?” we ask “How does this feel?”
What to expect:
Now we step into new territory. This week is about trying things you may have been told your body couldn’t do — and discovering what’s actually possible when you are supported by your inner strength and a community who believes in you.
What to expect:
Our final week is about integration and celebration. We move for the pure joy of it — flowing, breathing, and feeling good in your body.
What to expect:
Hello! We’re so glad you’re here, choosing to trust your body’s wisdom as you build strength and confidence from the inside out.
Emily teaches from a lifelong connection to movement and the belief that strength, resilience and clarity arise from within. With a foundation in Anusara Yoga and a deep respect for mind body connection she guides students back to themselves though breath intentional movement and mindful presence. Like a Cedar – grounded and resilient you are invited to grow at your own pace and in your own way.
Kristine’s background in education, dance, and training in Anusara Yoga shapes her warm, accessible approach to teaching. She creates welcoming spaces where every body is honored and supported in cultivating self-compassion, strength, and joy. Her passion is helping you feel at home in your body right now — exactly as you are.
This series is designed for beginners! Every single pose has modifications, and Kristine & Emily will guide you through each movement step by step. You don’t need any prior experience — just come as you are.
Every pose in this series is designed with body diversity in mind — not as an afterthought. This isn’t a “regular” yoga class with a few modifications tacked on. The entire practice is built around the reality that bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and every body deserves to feel good on the mat.
Somatic yoga is yoga focused on how movement feels from the inside, rather than how it looks from the outside. Instead of chasing perfect poses, we tune into sensation, breath, and what feels good for your unique body. It’s a gentler, more intuitive approach to movement.
Both! Our Sunday classes meet in-person, but you’ll have access to an online hub with lessons, practices and mediations you can do at home anytime.
As much as you choose! You’ll receive optional guided practices and reflections each week that take anywhere from 10 – 60 minutes. These are designed to deepen your experience, but there’s no pressure — this program meets you where you are.
We are unable to offer refunds, but it is transferable to another person. If at any point you are not able to finish this course, we will do our best to make it right with you and find someone to take your place.
Be the first to know when enrollment opens for this series – it WILL fill up quickly!
